The 4001 by Air Designed Sleep is available in both a standard Tight Top (shown above) and a European Box Pillow Top, a feature usually only found on premium beds priced at $2000 or more. The European Box Pillow Top allows the foam inside the pillow top to expand without being constricted, increasing both comfort and longevity of the foam. This results in a very luxurious sleeping surface. The 4001 includes a white tone-on-tone floral damask quilted to 2" of QuiltFlex, a special fiber-substitute patented by Foamex, the second largest foam producer in the nation. Made to replace fiber, QuiltFlex is incredibly plush and resilient. QuiltFlex won't bunch, migrate, or flatten.
Inside you'll find dual high quality POLYURETHANE air chambers, the best and most expensive air chamber material available, a "Super-Soft" foam topper, and if desired, a layer of optional Visco Elastic Memory Foam. A patent pending TSS system is included. This system keeps each sleeper's firmness level from affecting his or her's partner's setting, no matter how different they might be. The 4001 is available in both a queen size and an eastern king size, with or without optional memory foam.
